With a Jack Devine model, much of the work has already been done for you. Imagine opening the box and finding a fully-formed foam frame waiting there for you!  You won't have to imagine what your model is going to look like framed up.  The frame is done, the shape is already complete!  All that's left to do is follow the easy video instructions for capping, sheeting, and installing some hard points like a firewall and landing gear blocks, and your model is ready for gear and finish!  Once you look at it you'll realize how quickly you can be in the air compared to a stick-built model.  There's just no comparison in building time, a Jack Devine model builds faster every time!

Our Large-Scale (Not Giant!) F4-U Corsair R/C model kit is just the right size for those who want a large bird, but don't want to go all the way into giant-scale.  You'll love this sport-scale Corsair, with a wingspan of 72" and a typical finished weight of just 8 to 10 pounds,  a light warbird with superb flying and landing characteristics! 

    Jack Devine's  is especially proud of this 72" Corsair kit because, like our giant-scale Corsair, we have taken our fuselage and re-dimensioned it to make it even closer to scale!   Classified as our sport-scale 72" F4-U Corsair, this  model is a terrific flyer.  As with all Jack Devine models, it is designed to fly better than any comparable Corsair on the market!  That, combined with these new lines all add up to make you look better every time you fly!  Like Radials?  Saito's 1.70 Radial Triple-Head fits inside the cowl with a little room to spare!

    The wings have pre-cut control surfaces, servo pockets, and wire channels. Included is all of the balsa you will need for sheeting, a generous hardware package consisting of hardware, landing gear, and a fiberglass cowling and Lexan canopy are included as well.    Cutting for retracts is optional, but really adds some scale dimension even to a sport scale!  Warning:  You may find it difficult to resist adding scale details to this bird!  Uses Robart #615 Retracts with 100-Degree Rotation and 3 1/2" wheels.
